Trigger emails based on user behavior, time delays, and custom events.

Creating a Workflow

Workflows in Mailvara are linear sequences of steps. To create one:

  1. Navigate to AutomationNew Workflow.
  2. Select a Trigger: Choose what starts the automation (e.g., "Subscribed to List", "Clicked Link").
  3. Add Steps:
    • Send Email: Choose a template to send.
    • Delay: Wait for a specific duration (e.g., 2 days).
    • Condition: Branch based on user attributes (Coming Soon).
  4. Activate: Toggle the switch to "Live" to start processing triggers.
