Importing Contacts

You can import contacts in bulk via CSV or connect external services.

CSV Layout

Ensure your CSV file has a header row. Common columns include:

  • email (Required)
  • first_name
  • last_name
  • company

Steps to Import

  1. Go to Audience → Import.
  2. Drag and drop your CSV file.
  3. Map the columns (Match "Email Address" in CSV to "email" in Mailvara).
  4. Confirm import. You will receive a notification when complete.
